The hotel is 7 min walk away from the start. It’s better to book a room now. To book a room please call the hotel and say that you are the participant of the Marathon (this way you will receive discount and the price will be 170 hrn a day). Check in and checkout time – 2 p.m.

There are two cafes at the hotel, just call and yol'll be able to pre-order food before the start.
How to get to the hotel:
From the train station take the tram #5 to the bus stop “Hotel Yunost" (Gostinitsa Yunost) or a bus #195 (Arkadia direction) to the “10th April Square” (Ploshchad Desyatava Aprelia) bus stop and then walk 500 meters to the hotel Yunost.

5Registration:

Registration is open from Dec 1, 2015 till March 15, 2016 or till the limit of the participants is reached for each distance.
The registration at the day of the marathon will be only for the mini marathon (4 km 219,5 m).
The organizer has a right to stop registration without prior warning in the case the limit of the runners is reached.
The participant is officially registered if he/she applied and paid the event fee.
Registration fee is not refundable.
Registration is canceled if the data in the application are not fair or correct. In this case the fee is not refundable.
Registration cannot be transferred to the other person. The fee is not refundable.

Entry fee includes:
- Start number;

- Hydration station - Krivoozerskaya water, sport drinks;
- Cooked meal after the finish (race day);
- Certificate;
- Track map and brochure about the competition;

Выдача стартовых пакетов
Выдача стартовых пакетов производится 19 марта в здании гостиницы Юность с 15:00 до 18:00
Гостиница расположена по адресу: ул. Пионерская, 32 (от ж/д вокзала трамвай №5, ост. Гостиница «Юность» или маршрутное такси №195, № в сторону Аркадии, ост. Площадь10 апреля и затем пройти пешком 500 м до гостницы «Юность»)
20 марта с 8:00 до 10:00 в стартовом городке пакеты будут выдаваться только иногородним, в крайнем случае (остальным мы не гарантируем, что они получат стартовый пакет).
Участники соревнований получают стартовые пакеты лично при предъявлении стартового листа и документа, удостоверяющего личность.
Внимание!
Лимит участников на всех дистанциях составляет 600 человек. Поэтому советуем регистрироваться и оплачивать стартовый взнос как можно раньше!

«Half-marathon»

- Time limit: 3 hours 00 min
- Age restriction: men16+, women 18+
- 2 laps(1 lap – 10,548m) along the Health track (Trassa Zdorovia)
«Mini-marathon (One tenth of marathon)»
- 4 km 219.5 m
- Time limit: 40 min
- Age restriction: 13+
- 1 lap along the seacoast
All participants who break the time limit are not allowed to take part in the race but can move outside the running track.
8Age groups:
4 km 219,5 m (One tenth of marathon): men and women 13 years old;
21 km 098 m men: 16-22, 23-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+;
women:* 16-29, 30-39,40-49,50-59, 60+;
42km 195m men: 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+;
women* 18-29, 30-39,40-49,50-59, 60+;
(Changes in age groups are possible)
9Awards:
Winners will get trophies.
The participant who was awarded in overall category will not be awarded in hes/her age group.
All participants of the marathon and half marathon, who finished during the time limit will get a medal at the finish.
In the race 42,195 km first five men and women are awarded overall and in age groups from 1 to 3 place.
In the race 21,0975 km the award is given for the first three overall places and in age groups from 1 to 3 place.
In the race of 4 km 219,5m first seven places (men and women) are awarded with medals and certificates.
Всем участникам марафона и полумарафона предоставляется:
- Встреча-конференция для марафонцев и полумарафонцам за сутки до старта.
- футболки (за дополнительную оплату).
- медали всем бегунам, преодолевшим марафон и полумарафон.
- Питание, напитки, горячий чай в течение всего дня соревнований.
Награждение участника может быть отложено при условии, что участник не явился на церемонию награждения в своей возрастной группе. В этом случае приз отправляется по почте за счет спортсмена по адресу, указанному участником при регистрации
10Admission to the competition:
Admission of an athlete to the competition is provided only with documents at hand:
- ID (obligatory for all participants)
- Bill of health, with a notification that the participant is allowed to the competition in a chosen distance (for marathon and half marathon)
- Health insurance, which covers participation in sport competition (for foreign athletes)
Medical documents given to credential committee are not given back.
The copy of the bill of health is allowed only if original is at hand.
All medical documents should be dated not earlier then 10 days before competition.
For athletes under 18 years old parents or coach are responsible for information and health during the competition.
Start package is not given without ID.
Age of runner is estimated on the day of the start: March 20, 2016
К участию в мероприятии допускаются подготовленные спортсмены и любители бега, зарегистрировавшихся на сайте организаторов и заплативших стартовый взнос до 15 марта 2016 года. Ответственность за состояние своего здоровья несут сами участники соревнований, за состояние здоровья детей - их родители или тренер. Участники старше 18 лет в расписке участника соревнований заверяют личной подписью персональную ответственность за свое здоровье. А также участник обязан при себе иметь оригинал или копию документа, удостоверяющего его личность и возраст. При получении номеров для спортсменов в возрасте до 18 лет, родители или тренер лично представляют медицинскую справку с круглой печатью от спортивного диспансера или медицинского учреждения и несут ответственность за их здоровье на протяжении соревнований.
11Bill of health:
Dear runners! The popularity of running is increasingly growing in Ukraine. More and more competitions are held every year. Unfortunately, a lot of amateurs don’t take proper care for their health. Professional sportsmen do medical examination twice a year and each time before the races. They control their pulse and every day control their blood pressure.
Please be advised to visit sport health center in your city before competition.
12Results and records:
Competitions are served with:
- Electronic time-system;
- Referees for first 5 finishers men and women;
Personal record is not guaranteed for every participant if:
- a participant put the number incorrectly;
- put a wrong number;
- a number is worn, torn etc.;
- BIB is broken;
- a participant lost the number;
Warning! Electronic time system has a certified percentage of losing the results – no more than 3% from all number of chips.
Results will be put on the site the next day after the competition.
The number must stay undamaged during the race.
Participants can appeal the results during 5 days after the publication using e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
After 5 days after publication results (possibly with updates) are considered as final.
